Wilson, was indicted in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, Eastern Division, on four counts, viz., 1) violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(C), possession with intent to distribute cocaine; 2) violation of 18 U.S.C. 924(c)(1), use of a firearm in a drug trafficking crime; 3) violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) and 924(a)(2), being a felon in possession of a firearm; and, 4) violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), transport and receipt of firearms for use in a felony.*fn1
